A Warren report is a document Warren writes for you out of the confirmed record: a contract drafted into a room, a version of record, a funder or board pack, or an attested proof. Reports are the only thing counted, so opening rooms, inviting other parties, confirming and signing stay free on every plan.

No. Everyone you invite joins free and signs free, on every plan. Only the person who needs to prove the work later pays.

Nothing already recorded is affected, and you can keep opening rooms, confirming and signing. Preparing new documents waits until the allowance resets.

No. Warren is built to the principles of both, and we do not hold either certification today. It is on the roadmap. We are happy to complete a security questionnaire in the meantime. Read the compliance page

You keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it. Records you have already made remain yours and stay readable on the free plan.
