Warren works best when the people who already advise, convene or fund partnerships can point at something that holds up.
You have the audience. Warren is something your members get.
You already do this by hand, on deadline, on somebody else's money.
A record you prefer changes what your grantees can show you at acquittal.
Segregation of duties, and a client who arrives with the file assembled.
You manage the relationship. Warren records what came out of it.
No commercial relationship with Warren reaches inside a room. Whatever we agree with somebody, and whatever they bring us, they cannot see a record they are not party to, cannot change one, and have no influence over us if the parties disagree.
Then you are already a partner in the sense that matters. Here is what that means for you, and what it does not.
Warren is not a party to your agreement. It holds the record fairly, and cannot take a side.
The party who opened the room covers Warren. Confirming and signing is always free for you.
Commercial detail lives inside the room and is never seen outside it, by anyone.
Tick what was delivered, ask about anything that has not, then sign. It becomes the shared record.
Once sealed, the record is yours to keep and to prove, with no account needed to check it.
The record is complete only once every party has confirmed and signed it.
Tell us what would be useful and we will work out the shape together, or write to partners@warrenship.com.
